This is a one-stop shop for you to access & conduct your Centrelink, Child Support and Medicare affairs via our self-service access to phones, computers & faxing facilities.
Agency opening hours:
Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm (closed 12:30-1pm for lunch)
Closed public holidays and between Christmas and New Year.
Personal assistance is available at all times, if required.
Our friendly staff can help you with your enquiries, such as new Centrelink claims, completing and uploading forms, copying and certifying associated documents, confirming new client identity.
We can also assist with creating and navigating your MyGov accounts and linking new services.
Associated claim forms or independent forms are available from the Agency or next door at the Neighbourhood Centre.
